Return Process

  Log in to your Ciceroni account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original designer tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return process.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a convenient pickup from your delivery address within 48-72 hours.

• 4.
  Refund or Store Credit

  After the item passes our quality check at the warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit as per your preference.
